Wild salmon marinated with ginger, orange and honey, served with mustard – dill sauce
Home made gooseliver terrine served with Cumberland sauce
Peppered Beef Entrecote garnished with stuffed eggs
Mediterranean fish terrine served with saffron mayonnaise
