New Urgency For Fourth Metro Line In Budapest

The government plans to speed up bureaucratic procedures for construction of the fourth metro line in Budapest, according to a draft decree published on its website. If the project is not completed by December 31, 2014, then Ft 181 billion of EU subsidy will have to be repaid.
Under the draft decree, all administrative decisions will enter into force immediately, even if appeals are filed against them.
