Only Half Of Electorate Willing To Vote In Hungary
Support for Fidesz among all eligible voters increased from 37% to 39% from December to January, according to a new Medián poll. Among decided voters 52% of respondents support Fidesz, while 60% of those interviewed say Fidesz will win again at the spring elections.

The Union alliance has for the time being failed to produce any considerable change in left-wing popularity.

However, 45% of respondents still want a change of government, as against 43% who want the present government to stay on.

At the same time, 51% said they will not vote for the left-wing alliance.

Only 52% of respondents said they will certainly vote in the elections.

In the past year those who say things are going in a good direction in Hungary have risen from 22% to 40%.
