Int Schools' Poetry Competition @ Britannica International School Budapest
Britannica International School hosted the prestigious International Schools' Poetry Competition at its Auditorium on Friday 21 March. Students represented 5 educational institutions from Budapest including the British International School, the American International School, SEK, International Christian School and the host school, Britannnica International School.

As the following day was UN World Water Day "water" was the dominant theme of the event.

Beautiful props, with waves, mermaids and blue cupcakes made the event an amusing and memorable experience.

Apart from the poetry recitals there was also a performance from Britannica Secondary Department's music band.

The event has a long standing tradition at Britannica, the first reciting competition was held in 2006.

Since then the event annually brings international students together to celebrate poetry.
