Sparkling oasis in the heart of the city
It is great popping in here after work, taking a rest by the counter or to start your evening here either before going to a concert, to the theatre, or going out at Gozsdu Court. The meeting point right next to Deák Square offers a careful selection of sparkling wines and Champagne to enjoy by glass while sitting on the terrace or inside the stylish bar.
Effervescent highlights
One of the specialties of Double Bubble is that they offer tasting kits, for example to taste a Hungarian sparkling wine followed by a Champagne, to get to know three French Crémants, or to discover the style of well-known Champagne Houses - Taittinger or Roederer – just to mention some iconic names.
Double Bubble gives you also the chance to pick up some information about your bubbly. Therefore you can find a map of Champagne, magazines (Burgundia & Champagne by György Márkus), and on the plazma screen they show you the landscape in Champagne, or even the production method.
The concept of the menu was created by creative chef Zoltán Magos, so apart from the classic parmesan, brie or cured ham plates you can find caviar and goose pate with blueberries to match the more rich wines.
The winning game
The spectacular Champagne-wall was designed by Adamdesign Studio who had no fear of throwing away the usual horisontal-vertical layout and place the bottles around in a dynamic circle evoking the Wheel of Fortune. The bar counter is opened to the square, the elegant setting of the terrace and all the fine details ensure that you can spend some memorable time here.
