All you need is a banana and two eggs. Mash the ripe banana with a fork. In another bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy then mix them together.
Heat a little oil on the non-stick frying pan, spoon a third of the mixture onto the frying pan and wait until the bubbles appear. Carefully turn it over and cook it on the other side. Sprinkle some cinnamon or cocoa powder on top and serve straight away.
Enjoy this low calorie, gluten free, high protein treat on a warm sunny day.
