“It seems that this city is not that liberal. It seems that this city can be Hungarian in a way that it is part of an international community while it keeps its own identity and fights for this like the Prime Minister as well as we do” – said Mayor Tarlós, who closed his speech by saying “go Hungary, go Budapest”!

István Tarlós was re-elected as mayor of Budapest with 49.06 % of all votes – almost 290 000 votes
