Apple-Eating Hungarian Students Break Record
More than 1,000 Hungarian students who ate apples simultaneously are reckoned to have set a Guinness record at the Semmelweis University in Budapest. Students and staff of two universities embarked on the recordbreaking event, which was part of a campaign to promote healthy living.

The apples were provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, whose staff promoted the Hungarian apple harvest at the event. The earlier Guinness record involved 840 people eating apples at the same time.
