The three eligible bidders are a foreign-owned company, a Hungarian-owned one and a consortium involving Jordanian business interests, the paper said, citing public records.

To bid for the concession, companies’ annual net revenue from hop-on hop-off service must have been at least 1.2 billion forints (EUR 3.83m) for the past three years.

The winner of the concession must operate with at least 25 buses and 39 bus stops in the capital.
