That’s the reason why the company as the only one among the Hungarian property developers attended the Greenbuild 2017 conference in the United States.
At the event we met the founders and leaders of the WELL standard system to talk about further ideas and the introduction of the WELL system to the Hungarian market,” said Gábor Radványi, Chief Architect, Futureal. “Beside sustainability employees’ health are becoming a key factor.
Therefore Futureal’s two additional projects, Advance Tower and Budapest One are also in the pre-certification process of the standard system,” added László Németh, deputy project director of Futureal. Futureal’s experts also contributed to the translation of WELL Building standard document to Hungarian.
The company had a key role in establishing of Hungary Green Building Council (HuGBC) as a founding partner.
