'Easter Egg Exhibition', Matthias Church, 2 – 8 April
The eggs are the symbol of the eternal life and the resurrection. The red color of the Easter egg represents the blood of Jesus Christ.

The agelong pattern - which belongs to the Hungarian folk-art - was written with wax ont ehe eggs none of them alike.

The eggs can be purchased in the Museum Shop.

The exhibited eggs were made by Éva Mosonyi, folk craftsman.
