The service will be operated by New Digital Media, with CEO Tamás Pataki describing the approval as a milestone for media pluralism and equal representation.

He added that the channel would give particular emphasis to compliance with child protection requirements.

Szivárvány TV is set to launch initially on the cable networks of EuroCable Magyarország, as well as via the MMDS microwave distribution system operated by AM Mikro.

1 National and Thematic Channels – Content for Every Generation Parlament TV: National, cultural, and historical educational programming 24 hours a day.

A gap-filling channel that ensures transparency and spiritual enrichment through independent broadcasts of the work of Parliament and live liturgies from the Matthias Church. 

Game TV: An approachable, educational channel dedicated to video games, e-sports, and the tech world. Its slogan for a conscious digital culture: "Play, enjoy playing, but don't be a geek!" 

Bunyó TV: A much-needed combat sports channel. Alongside live galas, it reveals the true face and struggles of domestic champions through the unvarnished world of small clubs and "sweat-scented" locker rooms.

Total Dance TV: A vibrant, highly popular music television channel that blends thousands of digitally remastered retro music videos with today’s freshest global hits. 

Disco TV (New): A light and club music channel that breaks with tradition: completely commercial-free during prime time—"There is only the music!"—evoking the golden age of cult clubs. 

Diaszpóra TV: A cultural and emotional bridge between Hungarians across the borders and those scattered around the world. A channel that answers the question: "Who exactly are the Martians?"

Capital and Regional Community Channels – Where Local Value Comes First Budapest TV (New Era): The primary tourism, cultural, and public life guide for the capital and its 40 km metropolitan area.

The channel broadcasts the sessions of the Budapest General Assembly live, completely free of political fluff. 

Első Kerület TV (Egyker TV): The exclusive community channel of the 1st District (Castle District). It brings the district closer to its residents through municipal council meetings, local liturgies, and live webcam feeds.

The broadcasting and distribution of the channel is managed by EuroCable Magyarország Kft. via wired networks and microwave MMDS systems.
