Farm Gate Prices Up 0.6% In May
Agricultural producer prices in Hungary were up an annual 0.6% in May, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said. Prices of fruit and vegetables rose by 7.9%.

The price of live animals and animal products fell by 6.4% while crop prices were up 4.6%.

Grain prices were up 10% but the price of potatoes was down 3.7%.

The price of potatoes stored from last season dropped by 16% and the price of new potatoes jumped by 68%.
