Parliament Outlaws Homelessness
Homeless persons may be forced to do public works or may face confinement under a bill passed on Friday. In a change from earlier drafts, they will not be fined.

Police may begin misdemeanour proceedings against those who are told by police officers to leave a public area three times within 90 days.

A register will be prepared to check compliance with the law. Such data will be deleted after 90 days.
