House Speaker Sends Condolences Over Bulgarian Bus Crash
House Speaker László Kövér has sent a message of condolences to Tsveta Karayancheva, his Bulgarian counterpart, over the bus crash that killed 15 people and injured 27 others in Bulgaria this past weekend.

In his letter, Kövér expressed his deepest sympathies with the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the accident.

“I can assure you, Madame Speaker, that we are with our Bulgarian friends in spirit in these mournful hours,” Kövér wrote.

The tourist bus was carrying pilgrims returning to Sofia from a weekend trip to a nearby Orthodox monastery.
