Aldi Launches Online Sales With Hungarian Shopping Start-Up Roksh
Food retail chain Aldi has signed a co-operation agreement with online shopping service provider Roksh, a Hungarian start-up, to launch online sales and home delivery services.

As a result, more than 3,000 products sold by Aldi will be available at roksh.com, initially in Budapest only.

Aldi Magyarország CEO Bernhard Haider said the idea from the Hungarian start-up matched Aldi customers’ desire for online shopping.

In practice, Roksh employees will go to an Aldi near to the customer to buy the products ordered and deliver them to the client’s home.

In the event of missing products or price changes, the employee calls the client for advice.

Persons in quarantine may also use the service.
