Hungary has revealed the winners of this year’s prestigious national cake and bread competitions during a ceremony held on Thursday at the Parliament building in Budapest.
Hungary’s passion for artisanal ice cream took center stage at the 2025 “Év Fagylaltja” (Ice Cream of the Year) competition, held in the vibrant spa town of Hajdúszoboszló.
The teachers and confectioner students of the Dobos C. József Vocational School of the Budapest Center of Economic Vocational Training have set a Guinness record by creating a 112-meter cake, reports Turizmus.com.
