Only 1/3 of Hungarians Satisfied With Employment
Globally, 71% of employees are satisfied with their work to some extent, but only 33% of Hungarians said so, according to hrportal.hu.

In Hungary, the baby boomer generation is the least satisfied with their job, according to a global survey by PwC.

One in five employees surveyed in PwC's global survey said they were likely to change jobs in the next 12 months.

More than a third of them plan to ask for a pay rise, but in addition to financial recognition, they also consider job fulfillment to be equally important. Skilled workers are more likely to apply for promotions and pay increases.

PwC's survey of more than 52,000 employees in 44 countries included a sample of 500 in Hungary.
