The Health Maintenance is a one-hour appointment consisting of an analysis of your family history and lifestyle behaviors; measurement of your height, weight, temperature, and blood pressure; examination of your eyes, eyesight, ears, mouth, neck skin, and nervous system; and diagnostic testing of your CBS, kidney, and liver functions, urine analysis, fasting blood sugar, fasting lipid profile, thyroid function, calcium, and vitamin D levels, and any additional tests your doctor finds necessary based on your medical history.
