Summer Fun: Boating & SUP at Budapest City Park Lake
City Park is still one of the favourite green spaces of the residents of Budapest and tourists alike, where Europe’s most beautiful and largest outdoor ice rink is transformed into a fabulous boating lake for the summer.

The old trees of the grove, the Vajdahunyad Castle, Heroes’ Square and the pulse of the capital surround this gem of Budapest.

Take a walk in City Park, then explore the magical world of our Boating Lake.

As of 2023, 32 paddle boats, 9 boats and 10 SUPs have been  launched on the waters of the lake, which covers around 60,000 square metres.

In addition to boating and paddle boating, from 2023 we will be offering SUP rental, instruction and body and soul pampering SUP Yoga on the lake.

Every two weeks throughout the summer we will be hosting exciting Latin dance nights with instruction.
