First Debit Cards for Visually Impaired Launched by Bank in Hungarian Market
MBH Bank launched the first accessibility bank cards for the visually impaired in the Hungarian financial market in August, reports Economx.

The Touch Card solution could make life easier for the elderly as well as more than 80,000 visually impaired people, the website adds.

According to the announcement, from August 1, MBH Bank is providing new Mastercard Standard debit cards or GO!Hitelkártya cards with Touch Card functionality, which have notches so they can be easily identified by touch.

This barrier-free card works on all types of terminals and ATMs worldwide.

For Mastercard, inclusiveness is one of the most important aspects when it comes to developing products and services, said Endre Eölyüs, head of Mastercard Hungary and Slovenia.
