Celebrating its tenth edition, this year the fest features top Hungarian acts such as Ivan & the Parazol and Analog Balaton.

Geared towards younger Hungarians, Waldorfeszt is popular with those having recently graduated and looking to let off steam, but naturally everyone is welcome.

The story behind it:

Waldorf Festival is a small-scale event located in the Danube Bend, known for its enchanting and peaceful atmosphere. For the past twelve years, festival-goers, volunteers, and organizers have collaboratively contributed to the festival's ambiance.

The festival operates as a grassroots initiative, primarily organized by dedicated volunteers who devote their free time to make it a success. It is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all individuals.

The festival aims to establish a cultural space where young artists, NGOs, and individuals can proudly showcase their talents. Within this harmonious environment, participants are encouraged to freely exchange ideas and engage in peaceful dialogue.

The festival's program revolves around diverse community groups, ranging from those involved in arts and crafts, music, literature, theater, and various other creative fields. The festival strives to provide assistance, disseminate knowledge, foster a connection with nature, and protect the environment while ensuring that everyone can revel in the joy of entertainment and dancing.
