Average Price for Pre-Fab Homes in Budapest Climbs 38%

The average price for homes in pre-fabricated communist-era apartment buildings climbed 38pc in January-September to HUF 1.14m/sqm, real estate broker Otthon Centrum said.
Average prices for homes in newer brick apartment building rose 23pc during the same period to HUF 1.36m/sqm.
For resale detached houses the average price climbed 10pc annually in January-September to HUF 0.82m/sqm.
