Szoboszlai Reveals Latest Look of Hungary’s National Football Strip

Fans won’t have to wait long to see the gear in action. Marco Rossi’s men are set to host two friendly matches at the Puskás Aréna: first against Slovenia next Saturday, followed by a clash with Greece three days later.
While the federation has confirmed the debut will happen during this international break, they have yet to announce which specific match will feature the new jersey for the first time.
These fixtures serve as a crucial rebuilding period for the national side. Following a dramatic narrow loss to Ireland in November, Hungary finished third in their World Cup qualifying group, just missing out on the March playoffs.
As a result, the team will focus on friendlies through June before returning to competitive action this September in Division B of the Nations League.
The upcoming opponents offer a solid litmus test for Rossi’s squad. Hungary currently holds the 41st spot in the world rankings.
They face a Greek side sitting just five places behind them (having recently occupied a top-40 spot themselves) and a Slovenian team ranked 57th, who proved their mettle last autumn with a draw against World Cup qualifiers Switzerland.
