'Illustrious' Speakers Revealed for CPAC Hungary 2026 on Saturday 21 March
The Budapest, Hungary-based conservative think tank Center for Fundamental Rights has started to release the line-up of speakers for their major annual conference, CPAC Hungary. CPAC Hungary 2026 will take place in Budapest this Saturday, 21 March.

Dutch political commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek returns for her third year in a row. In 2024, she made international headlines after her speech at CPAC Hungary was removed from YouTube for ‘hate speech’.

Another famous political commentator, Dave Rubin from the United States, is also coming back to Budapest to give a speech at the event.

Plenty of heads of government, current or former, will be featured in the line-up again. Prime Minister Andrej Babiš won a second, non-consecutive term in Czechia last year, á la President Trump in the United States, and will be joining the distinguished guests.

From Poland, we have Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in the mix. Meanwhile, Congressmen Russ Fulcher of Idaho and Andy Harris of Maryland will be representing the United States government.

As per tradition, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán of Hungary will be giving the keynote address at the event.

‘The biggest stars of the sovereignist right are coming to Budapest — CPAC Hungary is coming this Saturday! Péter Magyar, Ukraine, and Brussels are trying to interfere in the Hungarian elections by any means necessary: they’re trying to push our country toward war through disinformation and an oil blockade.

This desperation is not without cause: the Peace March drew an overwhelming turnout, while the Tisza War March and Péter Magyar’s nationwide campaign tour generated far less interest.

This Saturday at CPAC Hungary, we will show that the strength of the right is overwhelming not only in Hungary but worldwide. On to victory!’
Director General for the Center for Fundamental Rights Miklós Szánthó has written on his Facebook page about the illustrious upcoming event.

The inaugural CPAC Hungary was held in May 2022, a month after that year’s Hungarian parliamentary election. Thus, this year’s event has special significance, as CPAC Hungary 2026 is the first in the series to take place during a Hungarian campaign season.

The 2026 Hungarian election will be held three weeks after CPAC Hungary, on 12 April.
