I grew up in district XIII so called Újlipotváros. Even I moved from there years and years ago, the area is still my home playground.
2. If you could be an expat anywhere in the world, where would you choose?
My wife is Irish and my three wonderful sons are Irish-Hungarian. We live in Ireland at the moment, I commuting very often. I love to be in Ireland obviously.
3. What would you miss most if you moved away from Hungary?
For me Hungary is a very love-and-hate country with lots of places and attractions to love besides the lots of negativity. I would miss the family, friends and the food mostly.
4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely see and do?
Szecska of course
5. What is your favourite food?
The real Hungarian palacsinta. Simple but yummy.
6. What is your favourite sport / form of exercise?
I love badminton, but since I am in Ireland I start enjoy rugby very much.
7. What is your favourite place in Hungary?
Szabadság-tér and Margitsziget
8. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
Computer sciences.
9. What’s a job you would definitely never want?
Doctor, it is a very tough profession
10. Where did you spend your last vacation?
West of Ireland, Co. Clare, it is magical landscaping and funny weather
11. Where do you hope to spend your next one?
Canada, at the Rockies
12. What was your favourite band, film, or hobby as a teen?
I loved Dire Straits (still love it). Film: all Bud Spencer movies J
13. What can’t you resist?
My family

Red

Movie
16. Morning person or night person?
Midday
17. Which social issue do you feel most strongly about?
I really worry about Hungary will isolate itself from the European community with its aggressive and arrogant attitude. I also very much against the intensifying racism and anti-Semitism.
18. Buda or Pest side?
Pest
19. Which achievement in your life are you most pleased about?
To have a wonderful family and set up Bubbles laundrette as pioneer business which in Hungary and start to endear people of new way doing laundry.
20. What would you say is your personal motto?
Always look on the bright side of life!
