Istvan Csanalosi, Managing Director, Wizz Tours
Istvan Csanalosi is the managing director of the online tour operator, Wizz Tours. Originally from Eger, Hungary, Istvan moved to the United Kingdom after finishing college to pursue his career in the travel industry. He lived in the UK for almost a decade, gaining experience with companies like TUI, EasyJet Holidays and Groupon. He moved back to Budapest at the beginning of 2014 to lead the worldwide operations and purchasing teams of US deluxe riverboat operator, Vantage Deluxe World Travel. Istvan is happily married and enjoys living in Hungary again very much.

For the past eight years I have been co-creating platforms that drive positive change for Hungary, together with my colleagues and 368 members of AmCham Hungary. As the head of communications, I am involved in defining and executing the strategy and vision of AmCham, a non-profit organization that has been working in the past 27 years to make Hungary a better place for investment. In practice this means we organize over sixty events a year, we meet business and government leaders to enhance meaningful dialogue and we have a lot of fun, while changing the world, one step at a time.
