I aspire to show the beauty of food to my guests. I studied catering in high school, even though I had dreamed about becoming a photographer since visual arts have always been important to me. This might explain why, while I prepare a dish, I always think in terms of colours and vision.

As a fresh IT engineer graduate I became a product manager at Matáv (today Magyar Telekom). I took part in product development projects preparing for the market liberalisation, then became a manager of main business processes development.

I am a 48 year old from Glasgow, Scotland, and have met my soul mate in Budapest. Circumstances prevent us from living in the UK at present, so I plan to come here in the summer to live, so this interview is really how I think I'll feel once I'm there, based on my frequent past visits.
