Hungary’s Eszter Farkas has been awarded UNESCO - L’Oréal’s Rising Talent Grant to support further achievement as a young scientist. The honour was presented to Farkas at a ceremony under the organisation’s Women in Science programme in Paris.

Costes DownTown has become the fifth Budapest restaurant to win a Michelin star in the gourmand guide’s latest edition. The eatery opened last June in the Prestige Hotel Budapest on Vigyázó Ferenc utca in the Fifth District. The winning chefs are Petra Tischler and Tiago Sabarigo.

As our investigation found, not only is the agency paying well above market prices to handpicked vendors, but it managed to select suppliers that formally do not even provide the services in question.
