Hungary’s Competition Office (GVH) on Wednesday said it fined Magyar Telekom 90 million forints for misleading advertising. In television advertisements of its Next Business XL and M packages run over six weeks in autumn 2013, the company failed to inform the targeted SMEs that the monthly fees apply only for four or more subscriptions and if other conditions were met.
