New Hungarian Decree Allows Travelers To Opt For Voucher Refunds For Covid-19 Cancellations

A decree published in the latest issue of the official gazette Magyar Közlöny allows travel agents to issue vouchers instead of paying cash for cancellations made because of the coronavirus pandemic, but only if the clients who have cancelled opt in.
