Prefab residential properties in Budapest's north-western section were the highest, with a price tag of HUF 274,00 per square meter based on the Quarter 1 figures.

After a peak in January the index of housing demand has not fallen back to its level of March last year. However, it is too early to speak of a change of trend, Duna House comments."
