Budapest Art Factory (BAF) is delighted to announce the solo show of its first artist resident in 2015. Pascal Dombis (FR) completed his video installation titled The End(less) at the premises of BAF during his May residency. The piece will be broadcast in the evening hours on May 29, 2015 6-8. pm. at the Project Space of BAF.

The number of births in Hungary has been up in each of the past 20 months, an official at the Ministry of Human Resources said on the occasion of Mothers’ Day. Hungary is a family-friendly country and the government wants to do everything in its power to make sure that the growth in births continues, Tünde Fűrész said at Mothers’ Day celebrations in a Budapest hospital on Sunday.

Fully 282 people have registered for the anti-brain drain programme launched a week ago to attract young Hungarians working abroad back home, the economy ministry said. It said it would be accepting an unlimited number of registrations but will select 50 Hungarians who will be offered jobs and support relocating.
