500 French Companies Employ 45,000 in Hungary - Schneider's Investing Euro 44 Million More

The 18,000sqm addition will focus on production of low-voltage distribution equipment.
The government is supporting the investment, which will create 270 jobs, with HUF 1.5bn, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade State Secretary Boglarka Illes said.
Schneider Electric employs 2,300 workers in Hungary. It has production facilities in Zalaegerszeg, Gyongyos, Kunszentmiklos and Dunavecse.
Around 500 French-owned companies employ some 45,000 people in Hungary.
