Hungary’s Competition Authority (GVH) has closed a green‑claims investigation into mineral‑water bottler Fonte Viva Kft. and its owner, MOL Group, after the companies agreed to a wide‑ranging package of commitments on how they communicate the use of recycled plastic in their bottles.
