Newspaper Readership Falls Further In Hungary

The number of readers of daily newspapers has fallen slightly from last year, the National Readership Survey found. Tabloid Blikk maintained its lead (915,000 readers), followed by giveaway paper Metropol (602,000), tabloid Bors (352,000), sports paper Nemzeti Sport (221,000) and leading broadsheet Népszabadság (202,000).

The earthquake was also felt in Debrecen. All the seismological agencies are reporting a depth of 10 km which is very shallow. Depending on the underground and the soil type the shaking may generate some slight damage. A moderate earthquake struck near Dormand but was widely felt in the country. In Budapest mostly as a slight shaking. Epicenter below Erdotelek.
