The 11th annual Budapest Circus Festival begins today with 75 performers from 13 countries at the Fõvárosi Cirkusz. A selection panel has chosen 30 acts from around the world to compete in the international competition in Budapest from Thursday through to next Monday.

In the drama that serves as the basis for the work, Antigone's brothers die by each other's hand.
