Our Easter Monday brunch is dedicated to both modern customs and old traditions. A giant bunny welcomes guests with gifts and a traditional sprinkling of water. For this Easter treat, we offer palinka-based long drinks for you, and colourful lemonades for the kids. That is, if they can take a moment away from the egg hunt. All is accompanied by live music from the Csicsó Band.

Britannica International School, Budapest organised its annual holiday market - Brilliant Britannica- last Friday. There was an amazing array of stalls packed by our students' homemade crafts available for sale. From cards and Christmas decorations to snow globes and vases, tasty treats and Christmas carols, the students had created the perfect crafty gifts and seasonal trinkets.

Compared to last year, Hungarians spend almost 8% more, an average of 42900 HUF, on Christmas shopping, according to fresh research commissioned by CIB Bank, reports Hvg.hu. As far as what Hungarians want, most people still prefer to receive cash.

It’s the Christmas fair at BISB, where visitors could find lots of tempting Christmas goodies. As well as games and raffle prizes there was also the opportunity for photographs with Santa and Olfa.
