He presented his Letters of Credence recently to HE Mr János Áder, and the President of Hungary accredited him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to Hungary on Wednesday 30 March at the Sándor Palace.

Hungary’s Eszter Farkas has been awarded UNESCO - L’Oréal’s Rising Talent Grant to support further achievement as a young scientist. The honour was presented to Farkas at a ceremony under the organisation’s Women in Science programme in Paris.
