Have you ever tried to run on a race-track, where usually horses try to win? No? Then you have the opportunity to do it next weekend when Frost Half Marathon & Running Festival which will be held for the first time in Budapest.
You can choose between different distances: 21 km, 14 km, 7 km or a 3,4 km fun run are also available.

Last weekend marked the annual National Gallop on Budapest’s Heroes’ Square as one of the city’s main attractions was taken over by jockeys and horses. At the end it was János Németh from the Southern town of Baja who won the finals of the 8th National Gallop, winning the cup as well as the 5 million HUF cash prize and an original Hungarian hussar sabre dated back to the mid-19th century.
