"Twelve high schools across Hungary were selected by the U.S. Embassy and the Hungarian Ministry of Education to participate in “America Day” programs. The two-day America Day celebration at the Péter Bornemisza High School in Budapest began on February 25th with an interactive presentation by the Embassy’s Cultural Attaché John Balian on “Global U.S. Military Deployment.

"Riverdance and Legend of the Sun are just two success stories associated with Nikola Parov. He played in the Riverdance Orchestra and wrote music for the Legend dance production. In the 80s, Parov founded popular formations, including Zsarátnok and Barbaro and this made him one of the focal figures of Hungarian ethno-rock.

He was also the first American Radio DJ on live radio in English in Eastern/Central Europe on Radio Bridge 102.1 FM in Budapest, Hungary in the early 1990's.

Linda is a native New Yorker who majored in political science and minored in art history at Hunter College. She met her husband while they both worked in media in The Big Apple. She eventually combined her interest in politics and love of the arts with a career in arts administration in Massachusetts.
