"The exhibition of about a hundred works by Félicien Rops (1833-1898), a friend of Baudelaire and Mihály Zichy, a great figure of the Belgian symbolism, and a “graphic artist of the modern Decadent movement”, is presented in the framework of the Walloon-Hungarian cultural agreement, through the cooperation between the Hungarian National Gallery and the Félicien Rops Museum of Namur, Belgium.

On the evening of Wednesday 22 September around 500 formally dressed guests attended the official opening ceremony of the Continental Hotel Zara in Budapest. This listed-building has recently received Euro 50 million worth of renovations to create a blend of art nouveau; art deco and modern design, all of which still manages to respect the tradition of the first baths built on this site in 1827.
