Last week Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muižneks submitted the findings of his visit to Hungary over the summer. The 43-page report discusses issues concerning media freedom, the fight against intolerance and discrimination, and human rights of immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees. This fixture, had all the ingredients for a feisty affair between the top two teams. A game where Vác FC may extend their lead or Monor SE, could they close the 6 point gap? The open game that most had expected and hoped for did not materialise. To coin a phrase, Monor 'parked the bus' and played on the counter attack. A strategy Vác are subjected to week in week out.

Vác FC played against Gyulai Termál FC last Saturday. The match began with a minutes silence for the 'Day of the Dead’. A public holiday helped increase attendance ever so slightly. Despite the fog which created a spooky atmosphere, the match started and the weather cleared.
