The Budapest Spring Festival will this year feature John Malkovich, Goran Bregović, and programmes marking the anniversary of the 1867 Austro-Hungarian Compromise and Zoltán Kodály’s death, the organisers said on Wednesday. Returning to the festival, Malkovich will perform a new piece for theatre and music scripted by German author Michael Sturminger.
