In order to develop further, he went to one of the most beautiful parts of Germany, to work at the Four Season Hotel in the Black Forest.

I grew up in a small town in Cumbria and knew I was destined for city life. Coming from a family of doctors and nurses I followed suit and moved to London to study a degree in Paediatric nursing. I stayed in London for 8 years and worked in all of the big children's hospitals.
