National Instruments Hungary held a topping-out ceremony at a 4-billion-forint (EUR 12.8m) science park it is building in Debrecen, in east Hungary, on Tuesday. The limo glided majestically past me and the Hot Rod car followed, in impatience to demonstrate its power.
