Hungary Regulates E-Cigarettes & Drones, Bans More Psychoactive Drugs

The list of banned psychoactive drugs has been expanded with a 13 new items. Electronic cigarettes were grouped under ordinary cigarette regulations. As a result only licensed tobacco shops, the so-called kiosks, may sell them in the future. The law on air traffic was also modified authorising the police to levy fines for the illegal use of drones.

On September 24, two police officers were seriously injured when a homemade shrapnel bomb exploded on Grand Boulevard. Keresztes said that the suspect, who has no criminal record, appealed against his detention.
