The European Commission has decided to hand over 4 million euros to Hungary in fast aid towards easing the refugee crisis. The funds are aimed at improving immigrant reception centres or building new ones, purchasing necessary equipment as well as increasing human resources and transport capacity in Hungary, the European Commission said in a statement.
