“Geisha” was one of the first Japanese words to enter the Hungarian language, which is why it appears in the title of this exhibition featuring: Authentic Japanese and Chinese objects, and the 'best of Hungarian Japonism'. The exhibition is open until 12 March 2017, and can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

A man detained for his alleged involvement in a bomb attack carried out in Budapest last September has admitted his role in the attack, news portals Velvet and PestiSrácok reported. The portals cited the suspect’s lawyer Tamás Brunner but he was not available for comment when MTI tried to contact him.

The paper referred to a recent survey by Hungary’s food administration Nébih, focusing on 24 brands in terms of product taste and smell, composition and labelling.
