"Somlói Galuska (pronounced as: "SHOM-LO-I GAL-OOSH-KAH") is a popular and well known Hungarian dessert. It is made by layering chocolate and vanilla sponge cake with vanilla custard, raisins, walnuts, chocolate sauce, rum and a generous topping of whipped cream.

For the most part, the wine industry has continued to suffer the ill effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, though some players experienced a busy summer, and there have been signs of recovery.
International Coffee Day Celebrated in Hungary, 3 October

According to an urban legend, the reason International Coffee Day is celebrated a week after the start of the astronomical autumn is to remind ourselves to get back to work. Although we drink most of our coffee at home, every second employee also drink coffee at work daily.
